UPnP-Media-Server for Linux

Introduction

This piece of software is in a very initial state.
Visit the sourceforge project site for a first download, but do not expect too much. It's still under development.

Requirements

• libupnp (http://upnp.sourceforge.net) (debian etch: libupnp0, libupnp-dev)
• clucene (http://clucene.sourceforge.net) (debian etch: libclucene0, libclucene-dev)
• libuuid (debian etch: libuuid1, uuid-dev)
• fam OR gamin (debian etch: libfam0, libfam-dev OR libgamin0, libgamin-dev)
• libextractor

Installation

1. download
2. unpack
3. ./configure
4. make
5. make install
6. configuration (the config file is /etc/mediaserver/mediaserver.conf)

Development

• To checkout the latest development version type:

  svn co https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/upnpmediaserver

• If you find a bug, which is not yet listed in the Bug-Tracking-System, please make a bug report.
• If you have questions, visit the forum.
